Senior Product Manager
Led the Customer Orientation scope at Decathlon Digital, retiring a legacy CMS for ContentStack and standardising an SEO-ready landing page framework.
Highlights
- Led the Customer Orientation scope: homepage, footer, global navigation and landing pages, most of them SEO-critical.
- Headed the CMS decommissioning and migration to ContentStack, cutting infrastructure cost and technical debt.
- Delivered 35–40% faster load times for the individual components migrated to ContentStack, used on the homepage and in the landing page framework.
- Standardised an SEO-ready landing page framework: templates carrying programmatic structured data, alt text and accessibility fixes, with page migrations coordinated with the SEO leads.
- Implemented global tracking in Amplitude, used for data visualisation.
- Kept decisions, risks and roadmap status documented through the delivery lifecycle.
Context
Customer Orientation covers the pages that bring people into the Decathlon experience: homepage, global navigation, footer and landing pages. Most of them carry organic search traffic, so every change had to protect SEO.
