## Context

Size guidance shapes conversion and returns in fashion e-commerce. Integrating a new third-party sizing solution across Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein EMEA touches the vendor, every market, legal review and product design.

## What I'm doing

- Coordinating the custom integration across vendor, markets, legal and product design.
- Implementing global data and tracking so the impact is measurable from day one.
- Supporting the CX team with a server-side experiment, where client-side injection could not deliver what the test needed.

## Outcome

In progress. Results will be added as ranges once they can be shared.
