## Who is responsible

## What is collected

- **Analytics**: with your consent, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics. Consent is managed with CookieYes, and Google Consent Mode v2 defaults to denied until you choose.
- **Contact form**: name, email, topic and message, used only to reply.
- **CV request form**: name, email, company and role, used to send you the CV link and to let me know who requested it. The download link expires after 7 days.

## Processors

Cloudflare (hosting, forms, spam protection with Turnstile), Resend (email delivery), Google (analytics, only with consent), CookieYes (consent management).

## Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@ruimeira.com.
