# Platform migrations & decommissioning

> Platform migrations led by Rui Costa Meira, including an affiliate migration at Farfetch with €1M+ savings and a CMS decommissioning at Decathlon.

Migrations fail at the edges: partners, tracking, SEO and the teams who depend on the old system. The work is mostly coordination, with a clear plan for what moves, what is retired and how both are measured.

## Tools

ContentStack, Performance Horizon, Rakuten LinkShare, Qubit, GTM, Strapi
